Information About the User's Company

To set up and operate your account, we collect details about your business such as company name, address, GSTIN, logo, contact details and bank or payment information used for invoicing. This information is used to generate compliant invoices, e-way bills and reports on your behalf.

Information About the User's Clients

When you create invoices, estimates or other documents, you may add details about your clients, including their names, addresses, contact information and GST identifiers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this client information with us, and we process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Personal Information

Personal information includes data that can identify an individual, such as your name, email address, phone number and login credentials. With your explicit consent, we may also access financial SMS messages from registered bank senders and your contacts to support optional features such as credit and loan assessment. You may decline or withdraw this consent at any time.

Non-Personal Information

We also collect non-personal information that does not directly identify you, such as device type, operating system version, app usage patterns, aggregated analytics and crash logs. This information helps us understand how the Service is used and to improve its stability and performance.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by submitting our account-deletion form. In addition, accounts that remain inactive will be automatically scheduled for deletion sixty (60) days after the last activity. Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations.

If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration seated in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, conducted in accordance with applicable Indian law. Subject to the foregoing, the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
